Potatoes, Potatoes, how do I love thee. Let me count the ways.
My wonderful soon to be hubby made some delicious steak fries the other day.
I told him I was going to blog about it but he said only if I gave him all the credit.
So without further delay I give you
"Steak Fries a la Chad"
- Start with several nice baking potatoes (russet). Cut them into wedges.
- Preheat oven to 450
- Arrange potato wedges evenly on a baking sheet covered with aluminium foil.
- Drizzle potatoes with olive oil. Season heavily with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian herb seasoning, and a little paprika.
- Cook for 25 minutes turning once half way through the cooking process.
